little bird goes to press

I wanted to share with you one of my favourite projects of 2008. This is a PR campaign we did to launch little bird photography. We targeted local media with a small teaser and followed it up with a Press Release. The teaser consisted of small packages containing a little red egg in a little nest and the message ‘little bird told me something big is about to hatch’. Each package was hand delivered to Editors around Melbourne with a pink helium balloon. We made them think for a day or so and followed up with full a Press Release. We got a great response and free editorial which is always the aim of the game.

I really love giving presents.
