I know I say this all the time but, I really love print samples. There is just something about seeing your work in print! Today I received a pile of postcards for Estelle Michaelides. A truly sensational milliner and designer based here in Melbourne. We have put together a little press kit in hope of getting some publicity for this years Spring Racing Carnival. With this kit we’ll be sending out a little teaser postcard to the press and following up with a press release. And, we’re also sending an invitation (a variation of the teaser postcard) to celebs and stylists around the country. Fingers crossed…

I loved working on something so glam and girly and with someone so grateful and happy. Estelle is completely infectious. She recently took some amazing photos of her new collection. I will post them as soon as I get my hands on them.

My only wish is that we had more opportunities to wear glamorous headpieces and hats. Why only at the races?

PS. For all those thinking about the glitter in Max’s shark invitation – I popped a little sticker on the back saying ‘Warning: Glitter, Open outside’. I couldn’t get the vision of blue glitter and carpet out of my head and felt a little bad.
